We guarantee that any products or services we source & recommend will be presented to our customer at the lowest available market rate at the time of agreement and at that time the rate of services will be equal to or lower than any available rate from any retail sales source. If the customer locates a documented rate on a like product from any source lower than our previously presented rates we will in return guarantee to match that rate within a 48 hour period.

If at any time our customer is dissatisfied with the carrier and/or services
that Mainstream Communication Consultants has referred, implemented and/or
installed at your place of business Mainstream will move you to the alternate
carrier of your choice at no cost to you.* This guarantee is in effect as
long as Mainstream represents the alternate carrier your firm has chosen to
replace the incumbent provider and Mainstream is in place to manage the
transition process.

* Costs include vendor charges, equipment maintenance or service, wiring &
cabling up to $250 and does not include customer contract termination
charges should they be present.
